I ordered the mat bundle for a Christmas gift. What arrived was the mat without any of the rest of the items in the bundle. I contacted customer service and they said there was a problem with the warehouse and they would take care of it. Nothing happened, so I contacted them again … and again … and again. Now it’s May and the issue has not been resolved and honestly it’s too late. So, the product itself is fine, if you actually receive it. But, the customer service is nonexistent. I will never order from them again.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We try our best to get the products packed and shipped as soon as orders are placed. Usually, your order should arrive within 5-16 business days once you place the order. Also, our factory does not operate over the weekend or public holidays, so in case you place an order on either of these days, your order will be processed and dispatched the next day. Because just like our little bubs, we also need some play and nap time, right?

Natural latex is a completely natural and best alternative for sustainable play mats and mattresses. It is made using the sap collected from beneath the bark of rubber trees and is not treated with any chemicals or pesticides.
