Not sure if Bub Mats is for you? We understand! We're confident our mat will provide a fun and safe space for your bub to practice those tummy times and rolls, that we're backing it up with a 30-day money back guarantee. If for some reason after you purchase the mat, we are happy to offer a refund. Simply email team@bubmats.com with your order number and email used for your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to pay for postage (we recommend using a tracked service to avoid anything getting lost). Damaged refunds
Not that this happens often, but if you do receive a damaged mat please email team@bubmats.com with your order number and photos of the issues from the email address you purchased with, within 14 days of purchase. Our team will reply with an update within 24 hours.
